Global MSL Excellence Director

Develop and implement global strategies for the MSL function that align with the overall company goals and objectives.

Lead and manage a team of MSL excellence professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to enhance their performance and drive excellence.

Identify and implement best practices for MSL activities, including key opinion leader engagement, scientific exchange, and data dissemination.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of MSL strategies with other medical, commercial, and business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and guidelines related to MSL activities and make recommendations for process improvements and compliance.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to MSL excellence team members to foster their growth and development.

Oversee the development and execution of training programs for MSLs, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and other external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on MSL activities and inform strategy development.

Monitor and analyze metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness and impact of MSL programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Represent the MSL excellence team in cross-functional meetings and provide updates to senior leadership on the progress and achievements of MSL initiatives.
