The Role
Insight Global is hiring a results-driven Key Account Manager to own and grow the Eastern U.S. territory. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in complex healthcare environments and knows how to expand existing accounts while aggressively developing new business.
You will manage and grow a current customer base while opening new opportunities with MRI centers, physician groups, and healthcare systems. This is a quota-carrying, growth-focused role with significant upside for someone who values ownership, autonomy, and winning.
What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue growth by expanding PACS-integrated Neuroreader usage across existing accounts
- Prospect, hunt, and close new business in neurology and radiology markets
- Build and execute strategic territory and account growth plans
- Develop physician champions and referral networks to accelerate adoption
- Clearly articulate the clinical, operational, and financial value of Neuroreader
- Partner with marketing and clinical teams to advance deals from pipeline to close
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of proven success in medical sales (radiology, MRI, or imaging preferred)
- Strong understanding of radiology workflows, PACS, and clinical buying cycles
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business
- Comfort selling sophisticated technology to physicians and healthcare executives
- High accountability, competitive drive, and strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel strategically within a large territory
