We are supporting our client, an emerging precision oncology diagnostics organization is expanding its commercial team and seeking a Clinical Account Manager to support growth across oncology practices, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks. We are hiring 3 NGS Clinical Account Managers for Florida. (Tampa, Orlando & South Florida).


This field-based role combines clinical knowledge with commercial responsibility to drive education, provider engagement, and test adoption. The ideal candidate understands oncology workflows and can effectively position advanced molecular testing solutions within complex healthcare environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand clinical accounts within an assigned territory
  • Build trusted relationships with oncologists, pathologists, advanced practice providers, and clinic staff
  • Educate healthcare providers on clinical applications, workflow integration, and appropriate patient selection
  • Identify growth opportunities within community oncology and health system networks
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing account support
  • Lead onboarding and training efforts for new accounts
  • Maintain territory activity, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in molecular diagnostics, oncology-focused laboratory services, specialty diagnostics sales, or clinical oncology practice (including oncology nursing, infusion coordination, or clinical research)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence clinical adoption and expand provider relationships
  • Strong understanding of oncology care pathways and decision-making processes
  • Experience working in regulated healthcare environments
  • Ability to manage a field-based schedule and travel within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor’s degree required; clinical background (RN/BSN or life sciences) preferred


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in liquid biopsy, genomic testing, or precision oncology diagnostics
  • Established relationships within oncology practices or health systems
  • Experience launching new diagnostic offerings or entering new markets
  • Clinical oncology background with interest in transitioning into a commercial role
