Step 1 — Browse or Filter You can browse all available listings or use the specialty filters to narrow down roles that are most relevant to your clinical background. Filters include specialties like Oncology, Neurology, etc. so you can quickly find roles where your specific experience is an asset.

Step 2 — Read the Full Listing Carefully Pay close attention to the required qualifications versus preferred qualifications. Nurses and NPs often disqualify themselves too quickly — if you meet 70% of the requirements you are worth applying.

Step 3 — Use the Community See a role you're interested in but not sure if your background is a fit? Drop it in the Ask or Share space in the Circle Community. Our founding experts are also a great resource for role specific questions.

Step 4 — Apply Strategically Before applying cold, check LinkedIn to see if anyone in your network — or in our community — is connected to that company. A warm introduction is always more powerful than a cold application.
